    Season-long fertilization, pre-emergent crabgrass control, post-emergent broadleaf weed treatment, insect protection, nutsedge control, soil conditioning, and a fall winterizer application—all in 7 strategically timed visits.

    Our 8-round program runs April through December with treatments every 3–4 weeks. We target shrubs, tree lines, perimeters, and mulch beds where mosquitoes and ticks live. Late-season applications specifically target overwintering ticks.

    Early enrollment is recommended to ensure proper pre-emergent timing in spring. Enrolment is limited to maintain quality and route efficiency, so reaching out before March gives your lawn the best start.
